Mark Adler

Head of Canada

Mark Adler leads Silver Road Capital Group’s operations in Canada where he is responsible for connecting high performing Israeli assets with both institutional and private investors. He is also Founder and Chair of the Canada Economic Forum the country’s leading online platform for business, finance and politics where he engages with the country’s decision makers in discussions on the most important issues facing Canada and the world. Through his experience as an entrepreneur, business executive and nationally elected official, Mark has developed an extensive network of professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers in both Canada and globally.

Mark is the author of the book, Time Bomb: How the aging population will transform our world. As an expert on demographic change, Mark served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Organization on Aging and Longevity, where he was retained by organizations to assist in meeting the increasing challenges and opportunities posed by population aging.

Elected to Canada’s House of Commons in 2011, Mark was the first representative of his party in his district to be elected as a Member of Parliament in half a century. While in government, Mark served on the Standing Committee on Finance where he was actively involved in economic and fiscal policy. Mark was a frequent guest on national media speaking on behalf of the government on these and other issues including international affairs.

Mark is also the founder the Economic Club of Canada where he hosted numerous world leaders in politics and business for important speeches and interviews.
Before establishing the Economic Club, Mark was Director of Corporate Programmes at the Canadian Institute of International Affairs, where he led trade missions of Canadian business leaders to countries around the world. On these missions, the delegation would meet with Heads of State, government Ministers, and business leaders for high level discussion on geo-politics, the economy and international trade.

Mark attended the University of Toronto where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters of Law. He lives in Toronto, Canada, with his wife and children.

Eitan Kuperstoch

Eitan Kuperstoch is VP of the Global Consulting Division at Silver Road Capital.
His primary role includes developing the firm’s international consulting practice, with an emphasis on business development clients, opening doors to companies and corporations around the world and formulating penetration strategies for international markets.

Eitan Kuperstoch, Industrial and Management Engineer (BSc. Tel Aviv University), born in Tel Aviv. Eitan studied also in Israel and abroad topics related to trade, negotiation and international marketing. Eitan, a professional Business Match-Maker is an expert in international marketing, a pioneer, entrepreneur and promoter of innovation.

Since the late 1980s Eitan has been concentrating on international marketing, international negotiation, investment promotion, and marketing entrepreneurship.
For 20 years, Eitan served as the economic representative of the State of Israel in Germany, Japan, and the Netherlands and managed also Israel’s economic and commercial activities in Scandinavia.

Eitan has initiated and managed dozens of series of professional meetings and events that have opened up new opportunities for international business cooperation. Many companies began their international journey through these collaboration meetings under his professional consultancy. These initiatives covered sectors such as communication technologies, water and environment, homeland security, life sciences and medical equipment, investments, automotive and subcontracting, food and food supply chain technologies, information protection, cyber, and more.

Eitan is actively involved in the decision of international entities to invest in and collaborate with the Israel business sector.

As part of his work, he organized dozens of official and bilateral business delegations.

Eitan has participated in dozens of international professional exhibitions and initiated hundreds of business meetings at exhibitions and other professional events.

Eitan was a member of inter-ministerial committees, related to foreign trade, small businesses, etc. Among the committees, also the committee that outlined Export Regulation of Medical Grade Cannabis.

Eitan participated in the Wassenaar Agreement discussions in Vienna for Dual-Use issues. He also participated in discussions and negotiations with the US Ministries of Commerce, Defense and Finance in Israel and USA concerning export controls.

Eitan was for a long time the representative of the Israeli economy in the particle accelerator CERN and was a member of the organization’s financial committee.

Eitan initiated the OT Cyber methodology project in the Ministry of Economy and Industry; a project based on the Israeli Government decision to protect the Israeli Business Sector against Cyber Attacks in the time of emergency and keep the functional continuity of Israel’s Economy in times of emergency.

Mike Driquez

Vice President

Mr. Mike Driquez has recently concluded a distinguished 7-year career in diplomacy with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, culminating in his role as Deputy Consul General at the Consulate General of Israel in Miami. In this position, he managed relations across Florida, Missouri, Kansas, and Puerto Rico, where he led several business delegations to and from Israel, created strategic partnerships, and facilitated fundraising for startups. He also played a key role in connecting companies, venture capital, and private equity funds to enhance collaborative opportunities.

Prior to his role in Miami, Mr. Driquez served as Deputy Ambassador, Head of Administration, and Consul at the Embassy of Israel in Costa Rica from 2018 to 2021. During this time, he spearheaded the signing of a strategic agreement between Israel and Costa Rica in the field of cybersecurity, which strengthened technological cooperation and security partnerships between the two nations. He also had concurrent responsibilities for El Salvador and Nicaragua.

Before entering the diplomatic corps, Mr. Driquez was a Senior Software Engineer in the Business Intelligence Department at Oracle from 2013 to 2018, where he developed software systems for Essbase, an analytic and enterprise performance management platform. He also co-founded a healthcare start-up with three colleagues during this period.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Driquez worked as a team leader and real-time software engineer in the Infrared Devices Department at Elbit Systems from 2011 to 2013, where he managed cross-departmental software projects for embedded systems with real-time constraints. From 2007 to 2011, he served as an embedded software engineer at ECI Telecom, playing a key role in designing and implementing complex software for network infrastructure systems.

Mr. Driquez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Ben Gurion University. He is also a graduate of the Open University in Computer Science and completed the Executive Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Mr. Driquez served in the IDF between 1998 and 2001, where he was honorably discharged. He continues to serve as a reservist in the Save & Rescue unit of the Home Front Command. Fluent in French, Hebrew, English, and Spanish, with basic knowledge of Arabic and German, Mr. Driquez recently returned to Miami for personal business in September 2024, bringing his extensive experience and expertise to the local community.
